it's that time of year again. You'll find that this year the good people at the RL web team set up an online form to fill out.

if you've already followed the link in your email you don't need to do anything else. If you haven't filled it out this year you'll need to go here:

and fill it out. Then you're all set!

In addition if you wouldn't mind I'm supposed to keep track of people's contact info:
